Balloon Animals 101

This infographic poster project was developed during an illustration course taught by guest educator Mads Berg. My chosen topic "Balloon Animals" combined research-driven design with visual storytelling, covering everything from ancient Mayan uses of animal intestines to modern balloon trends. I explored hybrid illustration techniques, hand-drawing elements, then refining and compositing them digitally. A clean layout and a bold red balloon dog served as the focal point, guiding the viewer’s eye and adding a humorous twist. The project sparked engaging feedback and highlighted my ability to merge analog charm with digital precision - an approach I continue to use in my design process.
